Mission briefing
I've spent my career where software meets the physical world. Today that means manufacturing: designing ERP, WMS and MES systems that give production lines real-time visibility and full traceability, and building computer-vision models that inspect, sort and recognize products faster than any human line ever could.
Before that, I ran a company — as CEO with hands-on CTO responsibilities — building a multi-region ERP platform from scratch: infrastructure as code, cross-region database failover, mobile apps, and a cross-functional team shipping on Agile rhythm.
And before that, I was a freelancer who built his own CMS and payment stack, and co-founded the first Lithuanian eSports community platform. The pattern hasn't changed since: take a complex system, make it observable, make it fast, make it reliable.

Software Engineer — Fivrec
Architecting ERP, WMS and MES systems focused on production process optimization, real-time visibility and end-to-end traceability. Building AI/ML computer vision for quality assurance, sorting and recognition — optimized with TensorRT, deployed on NVIDIA Jetson Orin at the edge. Streaming PLC and sensor telemetry over MQTT into InfluxDB and live Grafana dashboards.

CEO & CTO — Aemetriks
Led business and technical execution of a multi-region ERP system for recycling operations, built from scratch — cross-department visibility across commerce, logistics, analytics and finance, with Microsoft Dynamics NAV integration. Designed master–replica MariaDB architecture with ProxySQL and cross-region failover on AWS. Managed a cross-functional Agile team of developers, analysts, PMs and QA.

Freelance Developer & Co-Founder — esports.lt
Delivered websites and e-commerce projects powered by my own CMS platform with Paysera, Stripe, PayPal and Skrill payment integrations and full operational analytics. Co-founded esports.lt — the first Lithuanian eSports community platform, with forums, news, blogs and tournaments — built and run from the ground up.

Co-driver ops
For years I sat in the right seat of a rally car as a professional co-driver — reading pacenotes at full speed, converting a stream of data into precise calls the driver stakes the car on.
It turns out that's excellent training for engineering leadership: absolute preparation, calm under pressure, zero tolerance for ambiguity, and communication where every syllable carries information.
